We found this guy at Christ College, east London .This display sculpture is full of character. These cook sculptures were used as displays in baker’s and restaurants from the 1950s to 1970s. One hand has been design to hold signs with poles such as menus or business times . It would make a great window display in a pizzeria or other eating establishments.
